Intent
The tools people use every day were built for a world that no longer exists. This is an attempt at the replacement.
Most software asks a person to become legible to a system. Rebirth starts from the opposite instruction: the system becomes legible to the person.
That single inversion decides everything downstream — what we store, who can read it, what leaves when a person leaves, and what we are willing to refuse.
This is a long build. We would rather state the intent early and be measured against it than announce a finished thing that is not finished.
