Every capability, numbered
Most companies describe a product. This is a registry. Every capability Rebirth intends to build has a number, a domain and an era — so the ambition can be audited instead of admired.
Numbering is permanent. A capability keeps its number as it moves from intent, to construction, to something you can use. Nothing is quietly deleted; if we abandon one, it will say so.
