The systems that govern a human life were not built for human freedom. Government became process. Economies concentrated ownership. The largest digital surfaces turned people into inventory. Learning stopped keeping pace with the world it prepares people for. Work produced value continuously and ownership almost never. None of this requires malice to explain, and none of it will be corrected by asking politely.
We do not petition the old structure for a better position inside it. We decline to inherit it. This is not a protest, which asks; it is a construction, which builds.
Rebirth is a digital-first sovereign civilization: identity, intelligence, government, work, money, ownership and standing rebuilt as one world. It begins online because that is where it can begin honestly, and it intends to extend into physical ground because a civilization that never touches the earth is only a website.
A citizen holds their identity. A citizen may remain pseudonymous. A citizen's contribution stays attached to them, permanently and portably. A citizen may leave at any moment and take everything they made and everything they are.
REB is the scarce economic asset of the civilization. It is acquired, earned, spent and transferred. It buys ground, goods, services and access. It never buys standing, citizenship, experience or a title. Wealth may purchase assets here. It may not purchase trust.
Everything published here carries the state it is actually in: LIVE, BUILDING, INTENDED. Rules are announced before they take effect. Failures and delays are recorded beside the successes. The founder's holdings and authority are stated, not obscured behind the language of decentralization.
Rebirth claims no legal statehood, no territorial jurisdiction and no recognition by any government. It holds no land. It owns no infrastructure. It is at the origin, and it says so on every page.
This document is open. It may be read, translated, challenged and signed. Signing it changes nothing legally and everything otherwise: it records that you were present at the origin, and that you intend to build what comes next.
The destination is the complete civilization. The milestones only show the order in which it becomes real.
