MAP / 01.0000

The complete civilization

Twelve layers of one world. Not a product list — the parts of a life, each with a vision, a present state and the next milestone that makes it real.

02THE MAP
IDENTITY01.0100

A person, held by no one but themselves

Every citizen holds one sovereign identity: a number that is never reissued, a chosen public name, an optional pseudonym, an origin they may keep private, and a crest of their own.

GOVERNMENT01.0200

Rules published before they bind

A constitution citizens can read in one sitting, amendments announced before they take effect, decisions recorded with their authors, and authority that is scoped rather than absolute.

ECONOMY01.0300

One scarce currency, native to the world

REB is the unit of account of the civilization: acquired, earned, spent, transferred.

WORK01.0400

Contribution that produces ownership

Work in Rebirth is an undertaking with a stated outcome, a verification method and a reward.

BUILDING
INTELLIGENCE01.0500

Machine capability with a stated origin

Intelligence is infrastructure, not a character.

LEARNING01.0600

Capability, not certification

A citizen does not collect credentials.

ENTERPRISE01.0700

Organizations that citizens actually own

Any group of citizens can constitute an organization: a stated purpose, a treasury, members with roles, contracts with other organizations, and a public record of what it has delivered.

CULTURE01.0800

A civilization that is worth living inside

Lore, art, language, ceremony, artefacts and history.

DIGITAL WORLD01.0900

Ground that persists when you close it

A persistent world with digital ground: citizen spaces, organization headquarters, public squares, events and objects that continue existing when nobody is watching.

PHYSICAL WORLD01.1000

The point at which it stops being online

Settlements, shared premises, workshops, goods and eventually ground held by the civilization rather than rented by it.

INFRASTRUCTURE01.1100

A civilization should not rent its existence

Compute, storage, networking, identity issuance and settlement operated by the civilization itself, culminating in a native chain rather than permanent tenancy on someone else's.

SCIENCE01.1200

The frontier, funded by the civilization

Research undertakings funded from the treasury, published openly, with the record of who did the work attached permanently.

PROGRESSION01.1300

Twenty ladders, and no lift between them

Every citizen advances in twenty parallel tracks — path, skill, governance, creation, knowledge, trust, economy, legacy and the rest — earned only by verified work and structurally prevented from converting into each other.

LORE & HISTORY01.1400

A civilization that remembers everything

A persistent, cryptographically anchored record of the world: its founding, its decisions, its conflicts, its discoveries and the contribution of every citizen who moved it.

03SOVEREIGNTY

What sovereign means here

Sovereignty is a specific set of guarantees, not an attitude. Here are the nine, written so they can be held against us.

  1. 01A citizen controls their identity, including the right to remain pseudonymous.
  2. 02A citizen can hold and transfer economic value without asking permission.
  3. 03Contribution stays attached to the contributor, permanently and portably.
  4. 04Rules are published before they take effect, never after.
  5. 05Institutions are inspectable: their holdings, decisions and failures are public.
  6. 06The economy is native — value created inside Rebirth is settled inside Rebirth.
  7. 07Rebirth intends to operate its own infrastructure rather than rent its existence.
  8. 08Entry is voluntary and revocable at any moment.
  9. 09Leaving takes your record and your assets with you, in full.

Rebirth makes no claim of legal statehood, territorial jurisdiction or recognition by any government. It is not a country. It is a civilization being constructed by its citizens, and every claim on this site carries the state it is actually in.

04CATEGORY

This is not a reform programme

Rebirth does not petition the old structure. It constructs a replacement, in public, one usable milestone at a time.

Digital-first civilization
Constituted online first, physical later — not the other way round.
Citizenship
Membership with a number, a record and a standing that the citizen owns.
Native economy
One scarce currency, REB, earned and spent inside the world it belongs to.
Persistent world
Territory that continues when you are not looking, and keeps what you put into it.
Permanent record
Contribution stays attached to the contributor, portable out of the system.
Physical extension
Settlements, infrastructure and goods — stated as intent, dated, not claimed as fact.
