A person, held by no one but themselves
Every citizen holds one sovereign identity: a number that is never reissued, a chosen public name, an optional pseudonym, an origin they may keep private, and a crest of their own. Everything they prove attaches to it. Nothing about it is rented from a platform, and all of it leaves with them.
The identity model is specified and published. No accounts are issued yet.
