Construction state
The declared status of any part of the world: LIVE, BUILDING or HORIZON.
Everything on this site carries its state. If something says LIVE anywhere, it says LIVE on the status page too, and it can be used today. BUILDING means under construction with a stated intent. HORIZON means registered, argued for, and not yet begun.
Publishing the far horizon early is a liability taken on purpose: it converts ambition into something falsifiable.
