Your work builds the graph; the graph is not yours; leaving costs you your history, so you do not leave, and the platform learns it does not need to earn you.
Naming it matters, because almost every design decision in this civilization is a refusal of it: no selling the record, no training on the vault, no using a person's data to compete with them, no making departure expensive.
